Black Garlic Sauce
1 whole bulb
2 tablespoons of canola oil
2 tblsp of apple cider vinegar
2 tblsp water
To prepare the black garlic sauce, remove the garlic paper from the cloves and mash them with a fork until fine. Add the water to thin out the thickness of the black garlic to your preferred consistency. Then add to a bowl containing oil and vinegar and whisk until combined or with a food processor acquire a smoother consistency.
