1 cup of Scapes Chopped
1/2 c or more of basil depending on your preference
1 c of cashews, pine nuts or sunflowers
1/2c of olive oil
1/2 c of canola oil
half to 1 cup of parmesan cheese
1/2 lemon juiced
optional 1/2 tsp. of kosher salt
Blend together and serve fresh, or store in the fridge for 2 weeks or freeze in containers or bags for up to a year... And Enjoy
